I bolded everyone I’m gonna try and see. Yeah, I’m gonna weasel my way into the festival this year. Somehow. Considering signing up as a volunteer – way I figure, I’ll probably find mad phones and mad drugs. Those are good, right?
Either way, be easy ya’ll. I’ll try and drop a track update at some point this week. For reals.
How’s it hanging on this rainy ass day folks? Can’t be that bad, at least it’s suspiciously semi-warm. Definitely not completely unpleasant to be out an about but it’s definitely setting off my spidey-senses. I feel a miserable snow storm coming soon.
But until then, how about some tunes? Won’t be much new shit today, just another smattering of songs which are populating the musical landscape of my day.
In honor of Lil’ Wayne’s release from prison, I now present to you, my favorite Lil’ Wayne songs. I’d add in a bit of color commentary on each track, but I’m at work right now.
Given that, you’re all gonna need to do me a favor: Kick back, spark something up and bump this shit.
Oh, and before we get to the tunes, don’t forget to sign Sign this petition I made and keep the FourLoko flowing.
Just found out about this over at Pigeons and Planes. It’s from a track on the new Big Mike mixtape. Gotta give Weezy props for timing out the release of his material so it doesn’t seem like he was gone at all. He’s gonna make a big splash when he’s home in November.
Check out the rest of what I’ve got for you this b-e-a-utiful afternoon after the cut.
Don’t give stupid, drunk people you don’t know psychedelics. Please. Lars and Trev are lucky bastards for not having to deal with that mess on ice. Still, party was pretty fun.
I went to the Hard Rock Cafe last night (pre-gaming for the party, I guess) and met with an old friend of my older brother, Duce Blunt. He’s Public Enemies bus driver.
Tequila and Tonics are only good when I make them.
There’s no reason to smoke a pack and a half of Newports in a night.
Some of my favorite artists (Weezy, Cud & Kanye) all decided to drop new singles this week. Here’s the rundown:
